SCHOOL COACHING
Having worked with the development and start-up of over 150 new schools nationwide, Lewicki Education Consulting provides comprehensive, in-depth coaching in the areas of school design and planning, implementation, dissemination, and governance. Specifically, Lewicki works with innovative curriculum design, faculty training and development, consultation to facilitate meetings and dialogue, executive coaching, assessment and feedback, diagnosis and action planning, evaluation and quality assurance, capacity building, large group leadership of workshops, training and development, and participation in selected meetings and events.
Lewicki Education Consulting utilizes a multi-year, intensive coaching model from the pre-planning and planning year through a school's second year of implementation. This level of commitment over time has resulted in a supportive coaching and partnering that assures quality planning and successful implementation.
Leadership development and internal capacity building are two hallmarks that Lewicki Education Consulting seeks to develop. When collaborative leadership is developed and implemented, and various school start-up variables have been addressed, and the governance leadership is providing sustainable direction -- then the students and teachers will be supported with the vital taproot of a strong learning community. At the end of the second year of coaching, or sometimes sooner, it is time for us to move on and support an emergent vision elsewhere.
